About me

I am a legal assistant in the real estate and construction group. Having worked for more than 15 years as the head of the legal in a Ukrainian construction company, I have extensive experience in this field. I also have ample experience with litigation and bankruptcy cases.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Success of the real estate and construction sector. Thanks to my extensive experience in a Ukrainian construction company, I understand the needs of the construction business and can help develop contracts that would make the client as safe as possible during the construction and purchase of the real estate.

Thoughtful reorganization process. I was a member of the liquidation group in Ukraine and gained valuable practical experience in this area, and I am sure that my experience can help protect the rights of creditors in complex bankruptcy proceedings.

Support in tax disputes and negotiations. From the very beginning of my legal career, I have also supported clients in litigation matters. I have extensive experience in successfully representing Ukrainian clients in disputes with tax authorities, including in courts of all instances, as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution and negotiations.

Expertise with commercial contracts. Over the years, I have assisted a number of clients in Ukraine in drafting various commercial contracts, also representing them in disputes concerning the execution of contracts and the interpretation of their provisions if needed.
