Marina's key areas of legal expertise are commercial contracts and competition. She is also specialised in the regulatory and international trade matters within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Marina is leading SORAINEN Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Sector Group in Belarus.

Marina is regularly engaged in drafting, negotiating, localising and enforcing complex international and domestic contracts, advising on antimonopoly compliance, and assisting clients with regulatory matters involving certification and licencing. Marina also provides legal assistance to local and global clients on various matters in pharma sector, in particular, clinical trials, marketing of pharmaceuticals, patients’ data protection and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining SORAINEN she has interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. In addition, Marina passed two internships in the Dutch law firms where she was actively involved in international trade and dispute resolution matters.

Marina holds a qualification from the Belarusian Ministry of Justice to provide legal services.
