We delivered an employment law training session for Marabu Airlines, focusing on managing employment relationships and mitigating the legal risks associated with employment contracts.
The training covered legal subjects across the employment lifecycle, from setting clear expectations during recruitment and establishing internal processes to the potential termination of the employment relationship. We discussed how to ensure proper documentation and how to handle complex HR matters in a lawful and well-considered manner.

The aim of the training was to help Marabu Airlines’ management and HR team feel confident in handling complex employment law situations and to reduce legal risks, thereby helping to prevent employment disputes and create a work environment that promotes employee wellbeing.
