About me

I am a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team in Estonia. I have extensive experience in the public sector and continue to focus on public law.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Public sector experience. My journey in the public sector has allowed me to gain knowledge in different roles and considerations – balancing fundamental rights, drafting laws, weighing several constitutional principles and norms, and safeguarding that market players follow the rules.

Constitutionality. In my previous positions, I have often had to consider the constitutionality of proposed or existing provisions. So, the Constitution and safeguarding fundamental rights lie next to my heart, and in any case, I tend to ask about the constitutionality of applicable norms.
