We advised Dexcom, a US medical technology company, on the largest office lease transaction in Lithuania so far this year. Dexcom has signed an agreement to lease a 6,000 m2 office space in the business centre Business Stadium North East in Vilnius. The project is being developed on the site of the former Žalgiris stadium by real estate development company Hanner.

Largest office spaces usually leased by service centres and IT companies
This deal shows that last year’s trends in the office space market in Vilnius are continuing – in 2020, the largest office spaces in Vilnius were being leased by service centres and IT companies. Our team advised on four out of the six largest disclosed lease transactions in Vilnius:
- Telia Global Services Lithuania leased office space in Lvovo business centre,
- Metso leased office space in Business Stadium North,
- Western Union concluded two lease deals in Technopolis business centres Gama and Delta.
