We advised Adole Invest, one of the largest automotive groups in Estonia, on selling three companies to TKM Grupp.
As a result of this deal, there will be a change of ownership for Rohe Auto, SKO Motors, and a real estate holding company to be established prior to completion of the transaction. Rohe Auto and SKO Motors sell Škoda vehicles, provide maintenance and repair services, and manage the retail and wholesale of spare parts and accessories in Tallinn and Harju County. They also sell used cars and offer car commission sales services.
The Adole Invest group also includes Auto 100, the importer of Škoda vehicles into Estonia, as well as into Latvia (since the end of 2017) and Lithuania (since the beginning of 2023). The group also represents Porsche in Estonia and is an official sales and after-sales partner for Bentley Motors and Automobili Lamborghini. As well as this, the group provides car rental services and body repair work.
