About me

As an associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, I mainly assist senior colleagues with drafting and reviewing the clients’ documents. I provide our clients with tailored and exact solutions to mitigate the issues they may have and help them fulfill their vision by providing solutions that could be implemented easily and effectively.

Professional highlights

Wide know-how base. Being passionate about the field of law in general, I have taken every opportunity to learn more about it. While my main focus is on Corporate and M&A matters, I have also done research in the law of the sea as well as enhanced my skill-set by learning from experienced lawyers focused on dispute resolution.

Lifelong learning. I am always looking to grow and develop my skills in order to better support our clients. I am a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy and have also interned at the Tallinn Court of Appeals. To further expand my horizons I also completed a LLM with a focus on Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Technology enthusiast. In the past, I have been engaged in the field of IT. This has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the ways modern technology works, and how to keep myself up to date with the pace we adopt new technologies.
