All stages covered. I have worked on company acquisitions and joint ventures, participating in every stage of a transaction. This includes negotiating letters of intent, conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and assisting with both closing and post-closing matters to ensure smooth integration.

Resolving consumer disputes. Before joining Sorainen, I spent nine years at another law firm, where I co-chaired the consumer dispute resolution committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection Board.

Historic transactions. I have been part of many landmark merger cases in the Baltics. Notably, I was involved in the merger of Nordea and DNB to create Luminor bank. I also provided comprehensive legal assistance to PZU in acquiring Baltic insurers from RSA Insurance Group and advised Mehiläinen, the leading private provider of healthcare and social services in Finland, on acquiring healthcare and dental care providers Qvalitas Arstikeskus and Unimed Grupp in Estonia.
