As part of last year’s Shared Mission project, we provided pro bono legal assistance to the electric vehicle manufacturer Global Wolf Motors.

About Global Wolf Motors

Global Wolf Motors is a Latvian company specialising in the development and production of innovative electric vehicle solutions for both civilian and military applications. The company’s flagship trademark, Mosphera, relates to a line of high-performance, all-terrain electric vehicles designed to operate in the most demanding environments.

Today, Mosphera vehicles are deployed in more than 20 countries worldwide, serving a diverse range of sectors including agriculture, logistics, forestry, port operations, law enforcement, and defence.

Our involvement and team

We assisted Global Wolf Motors in conducting a comprehensive audit of the registered European Union trademarks and designs protecting the Mosphera brand, identifying both strengths and potential vulnerabilities in their existing portfolio. Our team conducted analysis in order to come up with an optimal strategy for securing trademark and design protection, assessing potential risks that could arise during the registration process. Based on our findings, we provided Global Wolf Motors with tailored, actionable recommendations regarding the next steps to take to strengthen their brand protection, expand their intellectual property coverage internationally, and support the continued growth and development of their business.

The client was advised by partner Linda Sarāne-Reneslāce and associate Juris Steņins.
