Real estate investment company Entrum has successfully raised EUR 2.5 million in financing from a private bond offering.
About the bond offering
We advised Entrum, one of the fastest growing real estate investment companies in the Baltics, on a EUR 15 million bond issue program.
This is the company’s first bond issue programme, and during the first tranche EUR 2.5 million in financing was raised from investors. The funds raised will be invested in rental residential properties in Latvia and the other Baltic countries in order to continue the company’s growth.
Entrum facilitates investments in rental real estate by streamlining transactions for investors across Europe. Rental properties are offered on the Mintos investment platform, through which investors can make passive investments. It is a simple and accessible way to invest and generate regular income from rental real estate, without needing to buy property.
Our team and involvement
We assisted with structuring the transaction, drafting the terms of the bond issue programme, and coordinating with the organiser of the issue and Nasdaq CSD.
Our team was led by partner Ramona Miglāne, counsel Inese Heinacka and of counsel Mārtiņš Rudzītis.
