As part of last year’s Shared Mission initiative, our team advised BROSWARM, an innovative defence technology startup recognised by NATO for its cutting-edge solutions for remotely detecting and neutralising mines. As the company prepared for international expansion and strategic partnerships, we were engaged to develop a comprehensive and future-proof intellectual property (IP) framework.

We developed and tailored all the complete IP infrastructure to meet the company’s needs and growth ambitions. This included preparing key legal documentation and internal frameworks in line with international investor expectations and defence sector standards.

By securing unambiguous ownership of key IP assets and implementing a solid legal framework, we helped BROSWARM to strengthen its position in the eyes of investors and strategic partners. The result is a startup that is not only technically innovative but also legally prepared for international scaling, collaboration and potential acquisition.
