Sorainen is assisting XTEND – a technology company that develops AI‑assisted tactical unmanned aerial systems (UAS) – with Latvian and Estonian law aspects related to the merger between JFB Constructions (USA) and XTEND (Israel). The merger has the aim of creating an autonomous defence and security systems company, combining an AI-driven robotic operating system with established US operating and infrastructure capabilities.
Our involvement
Our work includes assistance with transaction documentation related to Latvian and Estonian aspects as well as the FDI control aspects of the transaction.
