About me

I served as Country Managing Partner and Board Member for 14 years, leading and expanding our operations in the CIS region. Joining the firm as a partner at the age of 25, I was among the pioneers who established Sorainen’s presence there, driven by the vision of bringing the standards of a truly European law firm to a developing and challenging legal environment.

In my current role, I am responsible for non-European markets, with a particular focus on Asia and the Middle East. I continuously assist clients seeking business opportunities in the Baltics and, conversely, support EU clients with their projects abroad.

Professional highlights

Law firm management. I am proud to have contributed for nearly 14 years to the growth and success of one of the most innovative international law firms in the Baltic region, serving as a member of the Sorainen Board.

Transactional services. A corporate lawyer by background, with relevant knowledge and extensive experience in real estate and financial areas, I have gained extensive experience in providing transactional support in M&A, real estate, banking & finance and other complex client projects.

Industry interests. Due to the permanent involvement of my team in real estate and banking transactions, I am naturally interested and active with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction and Finance & Insurance sector groups and in addition, extend my professional activities to the TMT and Private Equity & Venture Capital groups.
