Professional highlights

Breadth of experience. My career spans work both within one of the largest corporate groups in Lithuania and across law firms of various sizes, from legal roles to senior management positions. My experience covers mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, business process standardisation, corporate governance, business decision-making, competition law and compliance, as well as dispute resolution. This background has shaped a well-rounded approach to assessing specific situations and identifying effective solutions, enabling me to swiftly identify risks, assist clients in managing them across diverse projects, and represent their interests effectively before courts and other authorities.

Environmental law expert. I currently devote particular attention to environmental law. I advise regional waste management organisations and business entities on permitting, compliance with regulatory requirements, inspections and enforcement measures, as well as on all other operational environmental matters, and represent clients in environmental disputes. I have represented the state and municipalities in high‑profile cases involving criminal pollution of the Curonian Lagoon with untreated wastewater, oil pollution of the Nemunas River, remediation of historically contaminated land, suspension and compliance assurance of the MBA waste treatment plant’s operations, as well as cases concerning the scope of producers’ and importers’ obligations and liability within the packaging waste separate collection system.

Advice on real estate management. Advising on real estate management is another key area of my expertise. This includes comprehensive advice to building administrators and other property managers, as well as property owners, on all matters related to the assets under their management. My work covers both administrative and technical aspects, including utilities, heating systems and technical maintenance, helping clients ensure regulatory compliance and effectively resolve operational issues and disputes.
