About me
I am an attorney-at-law with more than ten years of professional practice in real estate and construction law, real estate transactions, and disputes. I provide legal advice to major Lithuanian developers of real estate projects, and represent clients before various state and municipal authorities (e.g. the National Land Office, the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, municipal administrations).
My previous work experience at Galio Group, one of the largest real estate development companies in Lithuania and a part of Vilniaus Prekyba Group, gives me a great advantage in understanding the development processes and problems of developers, finding solutions and helping to develop real estate projects successfully.
Professional highlights
Shaping real estate regulation through industry expertise. For the past few years, as a representative of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association, which brings together more than 80 real estate developers and professionals, I have been involved in the processes of legislative acts relevant to real estate development, participated in working groups organised by state authorities, and submitted proposals for changes to legal acts. Participation in the initial process of developing legislation helps me to provide complex services to clients, not only proposing solutions to problems in accordance with the current legislation, but also preparing action plans for later stages of project development.
Strategic deal structuring. I help clients mitigate risks and achieve successful outcomes by conducting comprehensive legal due diligence prior to transactions. I specialise in real estate draft development-related agreements (including property purchase and sale, joint ventures, construction contracts, design contracts, and general construction contracts), transactions, and represent clients during negotiations.
