Professional highlights

Strategic dispute resolution. I advise both domestic and international clients – including governmental entities and publicly-listed companies – on a wide spectrum of disputes. My experience spans contractual matters (including lease agreements and share purchase agreements), shareholder relations (such as buy-outs and shareholder agreements), financial disputes (covering consumer protection and regulatory issues), and patent litigation.

International and EU law perspective. I have assisted senior colleagues in representing clients in cases before prominent international courts, including the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. This experience has deepened my understanding of cross-border legal frameworks and procedural intricacies. My academic background also reflects this focus. During my Erasmus+ exchange at Utrecht University (the Netherlands), I concentrated on EU competition, tech and single market laws.

Recognized legal writing & research. I graduated from Vilnius University with the highest academic honours (Magna Cum Laude), where my Master’s thesis on the performance of commercial lease contracts under force majeure and hardship rules during COVID-19 pandemic was recognized by the Supreme Court of Lithuania as the third-best master thesis across all fields of law in Lithuania (2023). It was also awarded the Walless Award for the third-best thesis in business law that year.
