About me

As head of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications team in Lithuania, my main areas of expertise include information technology law plus intellectual property and data protection. My experience also enables me to serve as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Professional highlights

IP and IT advice. I help clients with trademark registration and advise on copyright protection matters, draft contracts for IP transfer or licensing. I advise clients on contract matters related to IT acquisition, be it cloud services, artificial intelligence solutions, or core business systems.

Data protection. I am involved in several ongoing data protection projects implementing the EU General Data Protection Regulation and also provide advice on GDPR application.

Serving as arbitrator. From time to time I act as an arbitrator in commercial disputes, such as transportation, energy, information technology and general contractual disputes.
