We advised Green Landscaping Group, an international group specialising in outdoor maintenance, on its acquisition of UAB Economus, which has annual sales of approximately EUR 3.4 million. Founded in 2006, Economus offers a full range of children’s playgrounds, outdoor gym installations, and maintenance services in Lithuania.
This is our client’s second acquisition in Lithuania. In 2022, we advised Green Landscaping Group on the acquisition of the outdoor environments maintenance company Stebulė.

Green Landscaping Group has acquired 100% of the shares in UAB Economus. The Group has approximately 3,000 employees, with net sales of SEK 6.4 billion (more than EUR 550 million) in 2024.
