Julija Stoškutė – a legal professional with many years of experience in the financial services and investment sectors – has joined the Sorainen Finance and Insurance Law team as Counsel.
Julija brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector, covering both legal practice and the development of financial products and projects. Her main areas of expertise include financial market regulation, investment management, the development and management of financial products, as well as risk and compliance matters.
“In my professional practice, I have worked with complex, multi-layered financial product and regulatory issues that require not only legal knowledge but also a deep understanding of business processes. I believe this experience will enable me to offer clients strategically grounded and practically effective solutions that help them operate efficiently in a dynamic legal and financial environment,” says J. Stoškutė.
For most of her career, J. Stoškutė has worked in the financial services sector – from roles as a lawyer to positions in investment management and as a product and project manager. She has gained experience in international financial organisations, including a major Nordic financial group, where she was responsible for the development and management of alternative investment funds. Most recently, she worked at one of the largest asset management companies in Lithuania.
Finance and Insurance Law team strengthens its capabilities
According to representatives of Sorainen’s Finance and Insurance practice group, the addition of J. Stoškutė will significantly enhance the team’s competencies in advising banks, investment and asset management companies, and other financial market participants.
