We advised Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas on two strategic transactions with the ESSPO group, aimed at separating their activities in the mobile and stationary concrete plant segments.

First, Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas sold its 45% shareholding in Heidelberg Mobile to the ESSPO group, thereby exiting the joint venture between the parties.

Second, Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas acquired two mobile concrete plants located in Panevėžys and Šiauliai from Heidelberg Mobile.

Following these transactions, Heidelberg Mobile will continue its operations under the new name C3 Betonas.

After completing the transactions, Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas will focus on expanding its stationary concrete plant operations across Lithuania, including in Alytus, Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, with particular attention to its newest facilities in Northern Lithuania – Panevėžys and Šiauliai.

These two transactions mark a strategic step allowing both parties to strengthen their competencies and improve operational efficiency within their respective market segments in the Baltics.
