Leading real estate developer Linstow Baltic has signed a construction contract with one of Latvia’s largest construction companies, UPB Nams, officially marking the beginning of one of the most ambitious and anticipated mixed-use urban development projects in the Baltics – development of Sporta 2 quarter.
The planned investment into the first phase development will reach 50 million euros and will deliver a 17,300 m² development, with the majority of the space dedicated to premium, flexible Class A office space. Construction begins in September 2026, with completion of the first phase planned by the end of 2028. More on the project here.
