Professional highlights

Financing transactions. I work on advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on all aspects of local and international finance transactions and security arrangements. I have had the privilege of advising clients on various projects, from plain vanilla loans and security interests created under Lithuanian law to highly specific structured financing, syndicated loans provided by international banking groups and security arrangements including parallel debt structures.

Insurance coverage assessment, compliance and disputes. I work on analysing liability issues, the validity of claims, the scope of insurance coverage, and possible strategies. I advise clients in disputes related to cyber incident insurance, executive and professional liability insurance, and other types of insurance. I also work on adjusting and adapting insurance terms and conditions to local market specifics and analysing insurance products offered by foreign and regional insurance companies.

Gaining knowledge in various areas of law. Before joining the Sorainen Finance and Insurance team, I worked in the fields of corporate, employment and migration law. I aim to expand and deepen my knowledge continuously, and I am interested in various areas of law, including corporate law and cyber incidents, loan agreements and guarantees. I also actively participate in seminars and training courses.
