Professional highlights

Protection of fundamental rights of legal entities before the Constitutional Court. I provide comprehensive legal support to clients during proceedings before the Constitutional Court. I have gained valuable experience working on multiple constitutional court cases, including on matters related to property rights. I have developed an in-depth knowledge of the fundamental rights of legal entities and their protection at both national and international levels.

Administrative dispute resolution. I have experience assisting clients during administrative disputes before public authorities and administrative courts. I frequently assist clients in resolving disputes with contracting authorities before the Procurement Monitoring Bureau. In addition, I conduct extensive legal research and develop dispute resolution strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Professional development. I participate in professional and academic development initiatives. I have participated in various trainings and conferences and previously served as vice-president in charge of professional development at ELSA Latvia. In 2022, I won the Prof. K. Dišlers Constitutional Law moot court competition and have since taken part in it both as an organiser and as a judge. I am also involved in political activities and regularly publish articles on a range of legal issues.
