Sorainen partner Aušra Mudėnaitė continues her activity as a member of the board of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA). Aušra, who co-heads the firm’s Real Estate and Construction team in Lithuania, has been selected as a member of the board of the association for the third time.

Comments Aušra: “I am grateful to LNTPA members for their trust and for the opportunity to be a member of the board of the association for one more term. Reform of state land lease, which is highly expected by all developers, improvement of territorial planning, and regulation of the construction sector will continue to be my priorities as a member of the board. Plenty of tasks and challenges lie ahead, but I believe they all are manageable for the new board.”

Changes to the board of LNTPA

Director of the association Mindaugas Statulevičius was elected as the new president of the LTNPA. He will substitute the long-term president Robertas Dargis.

Together with Aušra the following members will be continuing as members of the board: Robertas Dargis (Chairman of the board of “Eika”), Arvydas Avulis (CEO of “Hanner”), Donatas Jurevičius (shareholder of “Eriadas”), Egidijus Damulis (CEO of “SEE Eiendom LT”), Gediminas Pruskus (CEO of “Inreal” group), Kęstutis Vanagas (CEO of “YIT Lietuva”) and Vytas Zabilius (Chairman of the board of „Ober-Haus nekilnojamas turtas“).

The board will be joined by two new members: Indrė Jonaitytė-Gricė (partner at law firm “Walless”) and Mindaugas Vanagas (founder and shareholder of “Citus”).
