We represented Auto praba – a transportation and logistics service provider – in a dispute with a customer and Russian customs regarding wrongly delivered cargo. Our client claimed to compensate a penalty imposed by Russian customs on the customer for violation of customs procedures. Following the negotiations the claim was reduced by more than 80% and an amicable agreement was reached.
