Sorainen advised Digmatix (formerly Digital Mind) – a leading Microsoft Business Applications partner in Central and Eastern Europe, serving clients in over 35 countries across Europe, North America, and Africa – on securing a EUR 7.5 million loan from SEB banka and refinancing a mezzanine loan from BPM Mezzanine Fund II usaldusfond.

Our assistance included reviewing and commenting on the loan and collateral agreements and related refinancing documents, as well as participating in negotiations with SEB banka. Additionally, Sorainen assisted with the deletion of existing collaterals established in favour of BPM Mezzanine Fund II usaldusfond.
