Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we have reorganised our work to make sure that we serve our clients around the clock while guaranteeing the safety of our employees. The measures we have taken:
- Ensuring uninterrupted provision of full legal and tax service to clients, our employees in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are working remotely from home. In Belarus we recommend our employees to consider the same option.
- We have established an international COVID-19 Task Force, which is at your disposal should you need advice on any legal or tax issues you are facing.
- Our office reception in all four countries remain open on weekdays for any urgent enquiries. Current reception working hours:
In Estonia: 9:00–18:00
In Latvia: 9:00–18:00
In Lithuania: 9:00–17:00 (calls answered 8:00–19:00)
In Belarus: 8:30–19:30
- In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania all meetings with our clients have been moved online and will be held via virtual communication tools. In Belarus meetings with clients can still be held in person upon request, providing additional safety measures.
