Professional highlights

International VAT Advisory and Compliance. I have more than 12 years of professional experience in the VAT field, spanning both tax administration and private advisory practice. I advise clients on international transactions, supply chains, e-commerce operations, OSS and IOSS schemes, VAT registrations, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. I also assist clients in assessing tax risks and addressing complex cross-border VAT matters.

Experience in Tax Administration. For more than 10 years, I worked at the State Tax Inspectorate of Lithuania, where I specialized in VAT administration, audits, and advisory matters. I also participated in international cooperation initiatives with tax authorities across the European Union, which provided me with valuable insight into both the practical application of VAT rules and the approach taken by tax authorities in implementing them.

Continuous Professional Development. I actively follow developments in EU and international VAT regulation, particularly in the areas of e-commerce and cross-border trade. I regularly participate in Lithuanian and international tax conferences and professional events, where I further develop my expertise and share practical insights with the tax community.
