About me
As a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team, I assist clients mainly in issues both general and complex involving court disputes. I am very interested in international disputes, including arbitration. Sorainen has given me the privilege of working with a wide variety of legal issues, allowing me to broaden my horizons and gain professional knowledge, as well as to use and develop existing skills.
Professional highlights
Arbitration summer academy. I have experience with arbitration proceedings, and have participated in a summer academy on arbitration.
Sports law enthusiast. Disputes involving sports law, usually resolved in arbitration proceedings, are of special interest to me, since I have a strong personal connection to the topic and a background in competitive sports. It is my goal to boost my knowledge in the field and become a renowned sports law expert.
International law. I have participated in a moot court competition on European Union law. We were the first team representing Tartu University to make it to the finals and thus get the opportunity to present in Luxembourg in front of judges from the European Court of Justice. I have also participated in negotiating competitions, to broaden my horizons and improve my skills.
