The research results indicate that we have the best legal competences in the areas researched. Clients placed us in the first positions for the following areas: M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, competition and the EU, public procurement, employment, tax, real estate, private equity, energy, corporate advisory, and government relations.
The overall performance trends shows that all of the law firms researched in Latvia have improved their individual results. In the overall performance standing Sorainen is placed fourth, and the results suggest areas for future development.
