Sorainen, a leading Baltic law and tax advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Paulius Ajauskas as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The move underlines the firm’s ambition to bring technology, knowledge and innovation under one leadership and turn these capabilities into faster, smarter and more seamless client service.

As CTO, Paulius will shape and execute Sorainen’s technology strategy, bringing IT, knowledge management, digitalisation and innovation together under one leadership so that every technology investment translates into tangible value for clients.
Paulius brings extensive experience leading transformations in Technology & Services area, and building high-performing teams. In previous roles at Danske Bank and Deloitte, he was responsible for driving large-scale initiatives in automation, data and AI, cybersecurity, IT compliance and broader business transformation. He will be based in Sorainen’s Vilnius office.
