Professional highlights

International experience. Before joining Sorainen, I worked for over three years at one of the largest international audit, accounting and tax advisory firms, where I collaborated with colleagues from other countries on numerous international projects, advising clients across various business sectors. During this stage of my career, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in various tax law matters and acquired valuable skills in handling complex issues that required quick responses and appropriate, well-reasoned decisions.

Tax consulting. I advise clients on various tax law matters; prepare legal opinions, analyses and memoranda; and, together with my colleagues, submit inquiries and requests to the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI).

Direct taxes. My extensive experience in the field of direct taxation allows me to quickly understand a client’s needs, identify opportunities and challenges, and help find the best solution.
