We advised the founders of the insurance aggregator Edrauda.lt, Rima Kazlauskaitė and Dainius Alkinas; and investor ME Investicija on selling the company to the online insurance group Netrisk Group.
The group is owned by TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, and MCI EuroVentures, a technology investment fund. Netrisk Group operates in Lithuania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and is one of the fastest-growing online insurance brokerage companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
Edrauda.lt serves almost 150,000 customers
Edrauda’s Lithuanian platform, which offers the ability to compare, select and buy services from different insurers online, joins a family of fast-growing regional insurance aggregators that includes names such as Netrisk.hu, Biztositas.hu, Klikpojisteni.cz, Porovnej24.cz and Netfinancie.sk.
