We advised Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF, an alternative investment fund of Innova Capital Group investing in Central and Eastern Europe, on the acquisition of shares in the Lithuanian chain DPC, the largest network of dental clinics in Lithuania. The fund also acquired stakes in the Polish Dentaurus and Medicadent clinics.

The goal of Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF fund is to create a leading, independent regional dental group. Initially, the group comprises 19 clinics located in Lithuania, Poland, and the United Kingdom and has at its disposal 70 dental units, as well as two prosthetic laboratories.

The group, applying the experience of outstanding medical teams and their leaders, economies of scale, management competence, and best operating practices from the Western European and Central and Eastern Europe markets, will offer a new quality for patients, unique development opportunities for medical staff, and an attractive alternative for many owners of dental clinics. Key factors of further growth will be selective acquisitions of additional dental businesses and opening new locations.

Up to now, Innova Capital has invested almost EUR 1 billion in nearly 60 companies in 10 countries in the region.
