We advised UK investor Pollen Street Capital on increasing its financing for Finbee Verslui (UAB Finansų bitė verslui), a Lithuanian lender to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), from EUR 35 million to EUR 55 million.

The updated agreement will improve access to financing for Lithuanian SMEs and increase the business loan amount from EUR 250,000 to EUR 800,000. Finbee Verslui will be able to finance more Lithuanian businesses, including larger companies, and offer them longer loan terms and more favourable pricing.

Finbee Verslui reports that it has financed more than 4,000 businesses since it began operating in 2017, with total lending exceeding EUR 180 million. In 2025, the company provided more than EUR 40 million in new loans.

Paul Varty, Investment Director at Pollen Street Capital, comments: “Finbee Verslui is a well-managed company that takes a responsible approach to assessing lending risk and has a high-quality loan portfolio. Our partnership provides an opportunity to finance even more promising small businesses.”

Founded in 2013, private capital asset manager Pollen Street Capital manages more than EUR 9 billion in assets across private equity and credit strategies on behalf of investors worldwide, including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, charitable funds and foundations, wealth managers, banks and family offices.
