We advised Mainor Ülemiste on preparing a bond programme for selected investors and on the issuance of up to 8,000 bonds. As a result of the offering, the developer of Ülemiste City, the largest innovation‑focused business campus in the Baltics, raised EUR 9.6 million.
The funds raised were partially used for the early redemption of Mainor Ülemiste bonds issued in March 2023 and are planned to be used for the development of Ülemiste City – for the construction of the third health centre and the Viktor Masing office building.
The bonds are traded on the Nasdaq First North alternative market since 10 April 2026.
