We advised real estate development company Omberg Group on the sale of one of its commercial properties — the stock-office project “Stockholm” in Kaunas. The property was acquired by Kamida NT, one of the companies within the international business group Kamida Group, which is expanding its real estate portfolio. This marks the first transaction of such a type of commercial property in Lithuania.
The Stockholm project was developed by Omberg Group in cooperation with the Storage and Commercial Space Development Fund (SIKE). The total area of the property amounts to 7,133.43 m², with an investment exceeding EUR 9 million.
The project was built and fully leased within three years of the land acquisition. It is currently 97% occupied, and the building complex was sold with long-term lease agreements in place. Commercial premises of this concept stand out for their multifunctionality — depending on their needs, tenants can combine retail, office, and storage space within a single unit.
Currently, it accommodates 16 companies, forming a diverse business ecosystem ranging from industrial solutions to wellness, technology, and service providers.
