We advised the world’s leading provider of digital printing solutions Japan-based Roland DG, in signing an agreement to establish a new joint venture company with a Lithuanian company Veika. Veika is a manufacturer and vendor of wallpaper and digital printing-related products.
This collaboration is unique because it marks a rare investment from Japan in Lithuania, highlighting the increasing recognition of Lithuania’s potential in the global market. The newly established company will be a part of Roland DG Corporation.
Further development of sustainable technologies
The two companies have been having a business partnership since 2015 and the creation of the new joint venture will accelerate the progress of DIMENSE™ technology, including new effects and applications in different fields, as well as the development and production of sustainable Ecodeco™ material for the traditional wallpaper industry.
