We advised Kognitiv, a global Workday consultancy firm, on its acquisition of Estonian-based ClouDevOps, a leading European provider of Workday services.
Workday is the first real cloud application provider for HR and finance and is one of the top tier players in the global HCM (Human Capital Management) software market.
Kognitiv will operate in ten countries and support clients in five languages
With this strategic acquisition, Kognitiv will significantly strengthen its presence in Europe and boost its ambition to become the world’s largest boutique Workday consultancy. It has more than 400 Workday clients, including streaming platform Spotify and financial software company Finastra.
Workday users in Europe will benefit from ClouDevOps’ well-known flexible, on-demand Workday support model.
