About me

As an associate, I assist Corporate and M&A team members in their daily work. On a daily basis, I help my colleagues primarily in drafting corporate documents, but also in resolving various company law issues.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Diversity as the key to mastery. I believe that effective legal aid is cross-cutting, benefiting not only the area in which the service is provided but also effective for the business as a whole. Although I currently focus mainly on company law, I am an active member of the Estonian and regional start-up sector group and assist senior colleagues in advising start-ups, primarily preparing investment-related documents such as shareholders’ agreements, convertible loan agreements, service, and option agreements.

Continuous development. I have developed my legal knowledge base in various institutions: Viru District Prosecutor’s Office, Viru County Court, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Narva City Government, and Sorainen Student Academy. Before joining the master’s program at the University of Tartu, I participated in a transatlantic program and studied diplomacy, active citizenship, and international relations at Wake Forest University. As the Estonian youth delegate to the United Nations and the Council of Europe, I have been actively involved in promoting human rights, non-formal education, and sustainable development.
