We advised Milrem Robotics, a world‑leading developer of robotics and autonomous systems for the defence sector, in a dispute regarding a significant production challenge. The dispute concerned a multi-step contract valued at approximately EUR 3.3 million, making an efficient resolution essential.
Following the outsourcing of the development and production of a critical subsystem, a long-term commercial relationship was terminated earlier than planned due to unsuccessful collaboration. Milrem Robotics was forced to seek legal remedies while keeping production on track.

We assessed the potential risks and costs of litigation and explored all viable options for resolving the matter out of court. Based on the analysis, we developed a strategic plan and led negotiations that resulted in an early pre-trial settlement.
The approach enabled Milrem Robotics to avoid a lengthy and costly court process, allowing it to continue production without disruption.
