We delivered an employment law training session for Tallinn Airport, focusing on preventing issues and disputes arising from employment relationships. The training was tailored for representatives of the HR and legal teams, as well as occupational health and safety specialists.

During the training, we analysed management approaches and work processes intended to prevent disputes, with particular emphasis on workplace bullying and discrimination. We also discussed how to foster a workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing and mental health.

Practical tools help prevent disputes and strengthen workplace culture

The training was delivered in a practical, interactive format with case studies and discussions, enabling participants to relate the topics directly to their day‑to‑day work. In close cooperation with the client, we also reviewed existing organisational practices and policies, focusing on how to identify and defuse tensions and disagreements in employment relationships at an early stage.

The aim of the training was to provide employers with the practical knowledge and tools to help prevent employment disputes and create a working environment that supports employee wellbeing.
