We advised a Luxembourg fund on a EUR 50 million investment in Own Leasing, a Lithuanian leasing company for businesses.

The financing is expected to support Own Leasing’s further growth in Lithuania and across the Baltic region. The initial EUR 50 million commitment may be increased in the future, reflecting the parties’ long-term cooperation ambitions.

The funds will be allocated to financing solutions for companies operating in the transport, industrial, agricultural, medical and other sectors. The investment will enable broader access to leasing and rental solutions for a wide range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to larger companies, including financing for vehicles, industrial equipment, agricultural machinery and specialized technology.

Own Leasing, established in 2021 (formerly Orion Leasing), is a specialized leasing fintech company. It currently manages more than 1,500 active contracts and has already provided over EUR 65 million in financing. The company continues to demonstrate steady growth and is expanding its footprint in the Baltic market.
