Professional highlights

Employment disputes. I represent clients in a wide range of employment disputes, including matters related to employment termination, discrimination, workplace bullying, and other complex workplace issues. My experience also includes representing employers in cases involving occupational diseases, where legal, medical, and workplace factors closely intersect.

Occupational and emotional health. I have a particular interest in the legal aspects of occupational and emotional health, including burnout prevention and psychosocial workplace risks. As awareness of these issues grows, I believe lawyers have an important role in helping employers identify and manage such risks, ensuring healthier and legally compliant workplaces.

Corporate and shareholder disputes. I have advised and represented clients in various corporate disputes, including shareholder conflicts and management liability matters. My work spans both litigation and pre-litigation stages, helping clients reach practical, business-oriented solutions.

Client-centred approach. Building long-term relationships with clients is at the heart of my work. I believe excellent legal advice begins with a deep understanding of each client’s business and objectives. With this in mind, I have also completed a secondment with a client, which provided valuable insight into the in-house perspective and continues to help me deliver more tailored and pragmatic advice.
