We advised Credit Suisse on Latvian and Lithuanian law in connection with a EUR 27 million financing facility to Amber Beverage Group (ABG), an international producer and distributor of alcoholic beverages. The financing will improve the effectiveness of its operations and is the first step towards further ABG expansion.
We provided a mandatory law review of an English law-governed Facilities Agreement and other documents, advised on structuring, drafting and negotiating the Latvian and Lithuanian security package and assisted in collection of condition precedent documents and condition subsequent documents.
The transaction was complex and demanding as it also involved parallel funding by other lenders.
The client was advised by partner Rūdolfs Eņģelis, senior associates Santa Rubīna and Agnė Sovaitė and associate Liutauras Vasiliauskas.
