UAB Sostinės bokštai, the developer of the Hero business centre has launched the offering of the sixth tranche of its bonds issue, marking another key milestone in the project’s financing strategy. This issuance aims to raise additional capital to support the completion of construction and the continued development of the business centre. Through the first five tranches of its bonds issue, the developer has successfully raised more than EUR 40 million. The sixth tranche is an integral part of the ongoing funding cycle.

We have advised the client on listing the bonds for trading on Nasdaq First North, preparation and approval with the Ban of Lithuania of the updated base prospectus as well as its notification to the supervisory authorities in Latvia and Estonia. The team also assisted with the preparation of final terms and other documents, needed for the issue of each tranche of the bonds.
