We advised Norwegian startup Lendwill on obtaining a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform operator licence in Lithuania. The mobile application, built on a blockchain ledger, allows users to borrow or lend small amounts of money. It also offers educational content to help users to learn about personal finance and credit.

Our services and team

Our team, led by partner Augustas Klezys, advised the client on all legal matters related to business model and licencing in Lithuania. We also represented the client in its assessment by the Bank of Lithuania.
