We advised NT plėtros grupė, an open-ended investment fund for informed investors, on selling a project together with a land plot and buildings in the Vilnius Stoties district. The project was sold to a closed-end investment company, KŪB PARTNERSHIP I, managed by UAB Eika Asset Management.

The company intends to develop an exclusive apartment complex, Senamiesčio sodai, on the acquired territory. It is planned to build 175 apartments there, and the entire construction is to be implemented in two stages. The ground floors of the blocks planned to be built along the streets will provide commercial space for shops, cafés and other services. This is the largest property development transaction this year.
