About me

I am an Associate in the Real Estate and Construction team. I advise local and international clients on various real estate leasing, property management and construction matters.

Professional highlights

Real estate. I contribute to the implementation of various real estate development projects by conducting legal due diligence of real estate, preparing documentation for property management-related transactions and assisting clients in resolving related issues. I also advise real estate developers on territorial planning, infrastructure and other related aspects, and prepare sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and other real estate transaction documents.

Experience in non-governmental organisations. During my studies, I was involved in the activities of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) and served as a member of the ELSA Vilnius board. This experience helped me develop strong teamwork, time management and communication skills.
