We advised the US payment processing company Shift4 Payments Lithuania on signing a lease agreement for an additional 1,400 m² in a new connection premises of the EIKA Business Centre, managed by Eika Development.
Shift4 Payments will expand its presence by occupying over 5,000 m² of the EIKA Business Centre. With a total area exceeding 16,000m², the complex will continue to host Shift4 Payments as its largest client.

During the construction of the “Twins” connection, which began this November, a 1,400 m² link will be built between the fourth and fifth floors, along with a terrace of up to 500 m² offering views over the River Neris. Additionally, the infrastructure shared with the existing buildings will be upgraded. The completion of these works is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
The sustainability-focused business centre received international recognition five years ago. In 2019, the 16,000-m² business centre was awarded an international BREEAM sustainability certificate in the “Very Good” category. After investments in building improvements in 2022, it achieved an “Excellent” rating.
